![]() Well, wanting to escalate my concern to someone who might know something, anything at all, I was transferred to Darlynn Thompson, their lead customer service agent. They could give me no information whatsoever. Finally it seemed like we were making progress and then suddenly everything changed to not knowing a thing about it. Each week they promised that the slides were just around the corner. They've had a product on backorder for months, which I stupidly purchased despite knowing, and it seems like it was my monthly ritual to chat online once a week to check the status. Darlynn Thompson is the worst offender of all. Kudos to Lone Wolf and James Griffin for their professionalism, ethics, business acumen and keeping their word. Mistakes happen in life, but I respect and honor those who take care of their business, make things right and do so with professionalism. #LONE WOLF DISTRIBUTORS PROFESSIONAL#Though I was somewhat disheartened by the milling malfunction to my Glock-30 as it was a blue-label law enforcement "memory" - nostalgia from my son, I wanted to document the fact that Lone Wolf and James Griffin went the extra-mile to make things right and did so in a timely and very professional manner. I shipped my Glock-30 lower receiver and magazines to Lone Wolf and in return they shipped a new Gen-4 Glock-19 MOS within a week to my preferred FFL dealer. James discussed this recommendation with the Lone Wolf staff and they agreed. Subsequent to discussing various options concerning the Glock-30, I suggested replacing the damaged Glock with a new Glock-19 MOS. James assured me that Lone Wolf would do whatever was necessary to compensate me for the damaged weapon. T.L.Spencer Spencer's GunshopĪpproximately one-week subsequent to shipping my Glock-30 to Lone Wolf for a "slide-melt picatinny rail" modification, I received a phone call from James Griffin of Lone Wolf Distributors stating their machine used to mill the slide on my Glock had malfunctioned and inadvertently destroyed the slide. I will do no more business with them at all. Lone Wolf makes up their pricing on a day to day basis. These people are absolutely Stupid ! Do yourself a great favor and buy from Ghost or Storm Lake for parts. She blaimed me for the missing springs because she said I did not use the word kit when ordered, which I did. I called Lone Wolf and talked to Torey Zook and got nowhere quickly. Their customer service is horrible and so is their quality. To make a really long story short, DON'T BUY from these Idiot's. ![]() all the pricing was wrong from what was quoted. There were springs missing from the trigger kit, the guide rod assembly won't stay put in its slot. When they came in the Barrel shot a foot high at 20 yds. He insisted on Lone Wolf because of cost. ![]() I suggested a KKM barrel because I have had great experience with their products. and wanted me to order a Lone Wolf barrel and guide rod and trigger kit for it. I had one of my regular customers come in with a Glock 20-10mm.
